A 1927 Landmark in the Heart of Denver

Highlands Event Center of Denver has occupied an entire city block at 3550 Federal Boulevard since 1927. The building is a Classical Greek Revival landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995, and one of the most recognized event venues in Denver.

The building is owned and operated by Highlands Temple Lodge No. 86, whose stewardship has kept this remarkable structure in active use for nearly a century. What began as a gathering place for the Masonic fraternal community has become one of Denver’s most versatile and sought-after event venues.

The Building

Step inside and you will find soaring ceilings, vintage chandeliers, original hardwood floors, and the kind of craftsmanship that modern venues simply cannot replicate. The grand staircase has become one of the most photographed spots at Denver events. Thousands of weddings, parties, galas, and gatherings have taken place here. The building gets better with each one.

The Space

With capacity for up to 400 guests and one of the largest on-site parking footprints of any event venue near downtown Denver, Highlands Event Center is as practical as it is beautiful. The space is flexible enough to accommodate everything from intimate private dinners and weddings to corporate conferences, proms, milestone birthday celebrations, and holiday gatherings.
