Event Inquiries and Reservations
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All event bookings are subject to availability and require execution of a separate venue rental agreement. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any applicable deposit as outlined in that agreement.
Venue Rules and Conduct
All events held at Highlands Event Center of Denver are subject to our venue policies, which will be provided as part of your rental agreement. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any event that violates applicable laws, local ordinances, or our venue standards.
All clients and their guests are expected to treat the venue, its staff, and other guests with respect. Highlands Event Center of Denver reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to people or property.
Alcohol and Catering
Any service of alcohol at events must comply with Colorado state law and any applicable licensing requirements. Specific policies regarding alcohol service and catering will be outlined in your venue rental agreement.
Damage and Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue, its furnishings, or its grounds caused by the client, their guests, or their vendors during the event and setup and breakdown periods. Highlands Event Center of Denver is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Highlands Event Center of Denver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from any event held at our facility.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
